Q. What carrier do you use and how long will it take for me to get my products? A. Products are shipped via UPS from the factory. Standard delivery time is usually around 10 business days after the final approval of the artwork.Q. What type of artwork do you accept for printing? A. We prefer artwork to be camera ready in black and white. Vector line art files in an EPS format are prefered but we will work with you to make sure the artwork you submit will be usable. Q. How do I send you my artwork? A. We accept artwork on 3.5 floppy disks, Zip disks, CD-ROM, or via email.Q. Can I cancel my order at anytime? A. Orders can be cancelled prior to any imprinting of your artwork. We cannot accept any cancellations once the product has been imprinted with your artwork.Q. What are my choices for payment methods? A. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club). |
